What to do if unit is not working?

When unit malfunction appears, try to identify problem by alarm shown on the control panel (C3 unit alarm list, C4 unit alarm list, C5 unit alarm list, C6 alarm list) and reset them. If alarm appears after reset or they cannot be identified, or malfunction is not related to the alarms, please contact us by:

  • Photo of unit information sticker,
  • Full unit title.
